Got on some of this zolpidem stuff cause I cant sleep. It turned out being a lot cheaper than ambien. I think cause my medical insurance had better coverage for it.

I cant sleep! some sleeping tips
As I write this, I have been awake for 41 hours. I have been researching ways on how to get some sleep on the internet. To aid my insomnia even more, I decided to blog about it.
Things I think work well are: nyquil, and zolpidem tartrate (a cheaper ambien alternative) But when you take anything too much, it stops working! So I collected a bunch of stuff I have seen on the internet and I will share it with you because what else am I going to do? I cant sleep :
My Top 10 Tips when you Cant Sleep
Sleeping Tip 1) blog about your sleeping problems on blogger ;) (i joke i joke)
Sleeping Tip 2) Take a hot bath
why? - because hot water can relax your body, just try not to stay in the water too long or else
you will prune up and not actually sleep comfortable. Make sure the water is not too warm and not too hot (trust me, it will effect you)
Sleeping Tip 3) Drink a glass of warm milk. This is one of the days I wish I was not lactose intolerant, my friend who also has sleeping issues swears by this method. Maybe I will go buy some soy milk or something. I have read that the calcium in milk actually releaves stress
etc, sort of how cigarettes work. (not recommended when you cant sleep)
Sleeping Tip 4) Dont like milk like me? Drink tea, I am making green tea right now, I will keep you updated if this works or not.
Sleeping Tip 5) Avoid eating at night - If you just ate at wendys or had some chocolate, you can only blame yourself for not sleeping right now! That food is full of carbs/energy. So avoid that in the future, I will. (damn you, chocolate wendys frosty)
Sleeping Tip 6) Avoid having a nap during the day - I enjoy nothing more than coming home and taking a nap after work, everytime I would do that, I would never sleep well at night. So avoid that, my research tonight shows me that I was onto something.
Sleeping Tip 7) Dont Watch Tv - The last thing you need when you are trying to sleep
is getting into a really good television program or god forbid, the start of a really cool movie.
Sleeping Tip 8) Deep Breathing - seems to work for me when I take long deep breaths. I usually start doing it, forget why I am doing it, and before I know it I wake up and it's morning.
Sleeping Tip 9) Read a book - Try to read a book that will not keep your interest. Reading at night actually strains your eyes and helps you fall asleep!
Sleeping Tip 10) Find a community I found a cool community called Cant Sleep The tag line on the site is "finally a community for the rest of us" I thought it was funny and I chat with people that cant sleep like me!
well that was hour 42 of my awake streak, I am about to go through sleeping tip 1 - 10 and see what happens!
